    3.    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of all products or services being sold to effectively pitch them to customers.
    4.    Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.
    5.    Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and maintaining proper records.
    6.    Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
    7.    Inventory Management: Assist with restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays to ensure a visually appealing sales environment.
    8.    Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and provide feedback to the sales manager on customer trends or product preferences.
    9.    Handle Customer Complaints: Address any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
