The Helper will assist the Field Technicians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internet services at various customer locations. JOB SKILLS

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Assist Field Technicians  with the installation of internet service equipment such as routers, modems, and cables.
2. Help in laying out, pulling, and routing network cables within customer premises.
3. Carry and manage tools and materials required for the job site.
4. Ensure that all installation and maintenance work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
5. Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues under the guidance of a Field Technician.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations.
7. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
8. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns with politeness.
9. Report any issues or challenges encountered on the job to the supervisor.
10. Assist with inventory management by keeping track of tools, equipment, and materials used during the job.
